A family of extruded polycarbonate films, LEXAN Graphic Films offer an outstanding property profile to meet diverse performance. LEXAN Films' exceptional clarity and strength enhance the trueness of color, with no loss of depth or vividness in protected, subsurface printing. The films are not only durable, but are also receptive substrates to print on, offering excellent ink adhesion. This material can be mixed and matched with our line up of 3M adhesives, thereby resulting in maximum application flexibility. GE Lexans® are CSA certified and UL recognized.

LEXAN® 8B35 polycarbonate film

Is a velvet/matte, textured film that provides customized design flexibility. It hides scratches, fingerprints, and marring for heavy-use applications. Also acts as a diffuser for "windowed" or back-lit applications and as such is ideal for graphic overlays. Low gloss levels can be used to reduce glare. Available in .007” to .020” thicknesses.

LEXAN® HP12W graphic film

Is available in a 12 percent gloss level. It is a high-performance coated film for outdoor applications offering good chemical, abrasion and UV resistance along with ease of processing characteristics. These performance capabilities along with LEXAN® film's ease of processing make HP12W film suitable for graphic applications such as warning labels and lenses, gasoline pump displays and labels, marine graphics, outdoor signage, warning labels for outdoor equipment, cluster and dial-lens covers and appliance front-panels and overlays. Available in .007" to .030" thicknesses.
